Engagements and scope
All work is delivered against a written scope and quotation. Deliverables, timelines and exclusions are those set out in the approved quotation. Changes to scope are handled through a change request showing the impact on cost and timeline.
Payments
Payment terms are stated on each quotation and invoice. Recurring services such as retainers, hosting, domains and subscriptions are billed for the period stated and renew unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date.
Third-party costs
Charges from third parties — advertising platforms, hosting and domain providers, messaging and API vendors, payment gateways — are separate from our fees unless a proposal explicitly includes them.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. Pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
